Reimagining Neuro Digital Assessment

Bringing Digital Devices to Life in a Neuro Platform

Parkinson's Disease

Parkinson's disease (PD) is the second most common neurodegenerative disease after Alzheimer's.

Over 10 million people worldwide live with PD, with more than 1% of people over 70 affected.

Early stage Parkinson’s disease is difficult to diagnose with no specific objective test.

The number of people living with Parkinson's Disease in Europe today is expected to double to 2.4 million by 2030.

Traumatic Brain Injury (Concussion)

Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) or ‘concussion’ affects 69 million people globally per year.

Up to 50% of patients will not be fully recovered within six months and approximately 25% will not be able to resume work or study at the same level as before.

People carry on daily activities, risking their health often not knowing they have concussion.

In contact sports players are subject to experiencing a concussion with few objective solutions to support pitch-side assessment.

Multiple Sclerosis

MS is the most common chronic inflammatory brain disease mediated by the immune system.

The number of people living with MS in Europe has increased more than 35% in the last 3 years, totalling >1m.

In some patients, diagnosing MS can be challenging due to the need to differentiate MS from other neuroinflammatory disorders, namely those of a demyelinating nature.

Most people are diagnosed between the ages of 20 and 50.

Stroke

Globally, there are >101 million people currently living who have experienced stroke.

One in four people >25 years will have a stroke in their lifetime.

6.5m people die from stroke annually.

Stroke is the leading cause of serious long-term disability in the US: two-thirds of US stroke survivors are currently disabled.

Our mission and vision

We have developed, a handheld medical device for the rapid assessment and evaluation of brain impairment and brain disease. The device is unique in targeting a little-known physiological window into brain activity.

Our mission is to release the power of this biomarker into routine clinical use. Ultimately, we see the device being widely used in a range of conditions, including TBI, Parkinson’s Disease, stroke, and other degenerative brain diseases. In the short term, we will apply our technology to help radically improve the objectivity, accuracy and speed of diagnosis in mTBI and Parkinson’s Disease.

Our Solution

An Interoperable Neuro Platform with Connected Neuro Devices bringing real time neuro data to hospitals, neurologists, physicians and patients.

An intrinsic Neuro physiological biomarker and handheld medical device. (Note: The device is not CE marked or FDA approved yet and is currently for research purposes only.)
